Join the Board of Trustees at Create London

Create London is seeking up to 3 new Trustees with skills and expertise in commercial property development and management, capital projects, architecture and enterprise to join our Board at an exciting moment of growth.

We have recently introduced a new model of governance in which the role of Chair of Trustees is rotated among existing Board members. This approach is designed to strengthen collective leadership, share responsibility across the Board, and ensure that all Trustees have the opportunity to play an active role in the organisation’s direction and decision-making.

We expect that each chair will serve a minimum of 6 board meetings and will be supported by a deputy chair.

We are seeking Trustees who share our belief in the power of art and architecture to strengthen communities and who bring specific expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Commercial property development and commercial strategy– experience of strategic development, planning or regeneration projects, especially creating and implementing models which align commercial viability with social purpose.

Architecture/Capital Projects (especially heritage buildings) – experience in architectural design, construction, restoration or adaptive reuse projects. We would particularly welcome professionals who are interested in the role of the built environment in supporting social connection and equitable urban development.
