  • CREATE has grown out of the cultural partnership of the six host boroughs of the 2012 Olympics: Barking & Dagenham, Greenwich, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest. As an emerging international festival, CREATE will return every summer leading up to and following the Olympics.
