Ticket prize draw terms & conditions
- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years and over, excluding employees and relatives of the Festival and any associated companies and any other agency involved with the promotion.
- The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and are subject to availability. There are no cash alternatives.
- Only one entry per person. No entries on behalf of third parties.
- The Festival’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- No purchase necessary.
- The promoter of this prize draw is the CREATE Festival, The Host Boroughs Unit, The Old Dispensary, 30 Romford Rd, Stratford, London E15 4BZ.
- Entry into the prize draw assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to be bound by the decisions of the Festival.
- Prize details are correct at date of publication. The Festival reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of a similar nature should the original prize become unavailable for any reason.
- The Festival is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant (and/or guests) that is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party.
- The promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Upon entering a Festival competition, the contestant agrees to be automatically signed up for weekly e-newsletters from the Festival.
